What's up everyone?! I know it's been ages since I've posted on here (or most boards I used to be active in).. Hope everyone's holidays and the start to 2019 has been good and that everyone is doing well.
Over a year ago I came down with a pretty big health issue, diagnosed with an afib condition I apparently have had all my life and never knew. It explains A LOT in my life to say the least, but overall it's been good and am still making efforts to improve my overall health to reduce the chances of more afib events. I also just recently was blessed in becoming a dad for the 1st time after quite the journey with my wife (a lot of health issues, a few miscarriages). It's been amazing finally becoming part of the parent crew! Although life has been difficult and challenging as normal, it also has been great and am more blessed than usual and I'm still truckin on! Been busy catching up on gaming backlogs, getting big into retro gaming with mostly raspberry pis, handling multiple house projects and renos and just been busy overall along with making slight short term change to my job (transfer to new division) as well.
I hope everyone is doing well, occasionally will pop on to say hi, but wanted to wish everyone a happy new year and a great 2019!
