jesus christ!    what a man cave you have!    damn!    i good stuff.

Its hard to leave it!!! ;D

That screen is 10 feet wide btw. The speakers are just over 6 feet tall.

When you watch a movie you actually feel llike your in it. Got two subs in the front that gives very tight bass.

MW2 is freaking awesome when I turn the volume up.  :o

I have always been an audiophile/videophile. I spent more money in high school on my sound systems then my friends were spending on cars.  :o

Its an expensive hobby thats for sure. Hard to believe I bought the speakers and two power amps over 10 years ago.

it's actually just like any universal remote. it's one of harmonys, i would guess lower tier, remotes. it looks like a cable or satellite remote, just all black.

Looks pretty much like the harmoney one but without the touchscreen. Good remotes.

picked up a Mitsubishi HC1600 projector at BestBuy for $503 open item. i think it might be discontinued because BB site doesn't even list it. the image is just on our flat painted and textured wall, the image size is 110" wide and pics were taken with my point and shoot. the PJ is only 720p but looks awesome and like always the pic does not show the projectors PQ well. now i am totally convinced on saving up for a 1080p LCD projector like the Epson 1800 and a good screen. and the room still has some light coming through from the window.

Congrats. Is this your first projector? I remember when I got my first and man what a feeling. ;D

Size matters. :o ;D

Just wait til you start gaming on it. 8)

Just remember that lamps usually run around $300 and they last up to 3000 hours. Make sure to have it set to economy mode to get more life out of it. Also remember that turning it on puts more stress on it than anything so make sure to limit the amount of on and off per day.

like you i'm on the same boat. this thing is actually going back in a few days. because i see the rainbow effect real bad on DLPs. but like chip says size does matter. the PJ makes it feel that much more like going to the movies. it really is that awesome! now my 52" looks like a baby.

what's the rainbow effect?

Think that's when you see the individual colors of the spectrum from the color wheel.
