Graphic Tablets
« on: April 21, 2010, 04:19:56 PM »
I just picked one up.  A pretty cheap model but it does have a 10 X 6 working area.  I'm using Illustrator and I dont know what I'm doing with the tablet.  Can anyone point me towards a good tutorial on using tablets?

It's very foriegn.  I thought it would be like drawing with pencil and paper, it's not.  Still trying to get the hang of it.

i bought a bamboo because it seemed the easiest to get use to. i mean they advertised it as good for arts and crafts, so i was on it.

I just got a cheap one to test it out.  I havent had much luck drawing with it in Illustrator but it seems to be great for coloring in GIMP.
